Concordance of the Legionfall Buff and more new legendaries

If you don't have Concordance yet... the question is: WHY?!?!

But seriously, grind that shit out. Because it got a pretty legit buff.

Apparently the proc rate is increased as well. No one has solid numbers yet, but some are claiming twice per minute. Don't take that as fact quite yet.
